…about Statists is that they look down on the individual. Viewing individualism as inherently myopic, solipsistic, selfish, and provincial. Then proceed to give individuals immense power over the collective. Seriously, I don’t get it.
Yea….I’m aware of the echo and the fact that the intro music sounds like a rave with intermittent power but hey! I made a da vidya.
Today I talk about how vague terms like businessman, news, etc.
And the way that congresscritters use vagueness as their key defense.

And other stuff discussed.
My video got yeeted for “medical misinformation.” This raises some legal questions. What qualifies a video hosting site to offer medical advice? Is a company like Google which is subsidized by taxpayer money allowed to disregard freedom of speech?

Just read about that supreme court decision where they threw out PraegerU’s claim that YouTube is subject to the 1st amendment.
This was the position of the judges: “merely hosting speech by others is not a traditional, exclusive public function and does not alone transform private entities into state actors subject to First Amendment constraints.”
Here’s a list of subsidies from around 2010 that Google the owner of YouTube received:

Who knows how much more was thrown their way these past 11 years.
That’s taxpayer money.
I’m a taxpayer.
Don’t restrict my speech.
And don’t play doctor.
My video got yeeted for “medical misinformation” because I don’t buy the mask narrative.

YouTube was founded, fostered, and currently operates in the United States and is not a publisher but a platform so it should adhere to the letter and color of the law as per the 1st Amendment.
It’s whacky out therezz.
Minus the savant part. Idiots in the Greek sense! Also…EVERYTHING IS BREAKING ALL THE TIME!
